Commentary:

I find this interesting in that the creator of this video is a man/ male human
and all of "Historys Worst People" are MEN/ MALE with not one woman in the bunch.
What does that tell us?

"Those who do not learn the lessons of history are doomed to repeat them."

A word to the wise is sufficient. A zillion words to the foolish are useless and
redundantly stupid.
