The communist "psychiattric" torture of the people of china's Falun Gong population that numbers more than the communist party and is therefore the target of
communist terror and attempts at exterminating the Falun Gong population. This
strategy is the communist/fascist strategy they refer to as "eliminating the
counter-revolution in advance".
Thus any and all possible resistance to the totalitarian takeover through violent
force, torture, humiliation and the "divide and conquer" and RULE strategy is
eliminated "in advance" of the "revolution".
