The Legend of White Buffalo Calf Woman

Note the historicity of "feminine apparitions", the mystical appearances of the
"Blessed Mother Mary", the "white buffalo calf woman", and numerous other historical
"apparational" appearances of a mystical female "divine feminine" apparition.

Here is evidence that the mysterious apparational "messenger" is not always a male
"christos", "angel/demon", demigod, god/goddess. The "apparational messenger"
(the words messiah means messenger), is androgynous, both and neither male/female,
spiritually ungendered and capable of assuming any symbiotic and allegorical
form in which to "appear" apparationally.

Thus the animistic merging of human and animal entities, such as the metaphorical,
allegorical "white buffalo calf woman" who promises to "return" and in her "coming"
brings spiritual gifts in the form of "ceremonies" and stories that are transmitted
only through "oral traditions", passed from generation to generation of the
tribal "storytellers".
